Hot Enough to Fry an Egg Out There

It’s been a hot couple of weeks at the ropes course. The temperature yesterday felt like 107 here in Maryland. We had a group of camp kids out at the course and Bursting_Thermometer__Arvin61r58-800pxdecided to stop the program at noon. In this weather, you have to be careful to remain hydrated to avoid heat stroke. We always tell our clients to bring a water bottle to the course and we supply additional water if needed. It doesn’t matter if you’re hear for team building or just to have fun, stay hydrated at all times.
