"Your staff is so knowledgeable about what works well for each age group. She took the time to talk to me about the girls so that she could cater to our unique situation. I am so impressed with Upward. I have and will continue to recommend you for team building opportunities.”

Building communication, trust and support

Situated in the scenic countryside in Adamstown, Maryland, our adventure programs are customized to suit all age groups, whether a youth sports team or a team or corporate executives. Fully certified facilitators will guide each group through the team building program and then process the experiences. The ropes courses, climbing wall and zipline are all fun adventures, but they are also vehicles for transformation and growth. We teach participants to stretch beyond their boundaries, to solve problems and in return achieve success.
